Fantastic to be back. Great workout and very friendly.

What a great place...as a visitor attended Friday step class and Sat body sculpture....instructors friendly and welcoming.. fun classes, nice facilites. I so enjoyed my experience and good value 4 money. will now use all the time when visiting family ..highly recomnended.
