  • If you are struggling to motivate yourself to become fitter, then talk to Phil and the PTs. Advice and training is brilliant and you will find that you are pushing yourself and still smiling. My advice, go at least a couple of times a week to start off with to kick start your journey and start seeing results.

  • Great team that really do care about your personal goals and how best to achieve them. Once you gain confidence, technique and strength from the one on one sessions, you can move on to smaller intimate groups, and not only during the day but before and after working hours too. So I was able to fit in some great early morning session,, and with the guidance of Phil and his team have never felt so good!

  • Phil and his team were extremely supportive and encouraging during the whole process. My confidence has had a real boost ever since my training has started with them. It's hard work and they really push you, but they really get the best out of you. Highly recommend!
