  • My son had introduced me to Paul since I have problems with weakness in my legs and was struggling to keep golfing which I have done for 60 years. Paul has tailored a program to help fire my glutes and take some pressure of my legs and I have noticed a big improvement over the last 5 months allowing me to stay significantly more active. Even at my age being able to stay active is a big plus.
