Pen has been a life saver. In a very difficult moment due to health issues she managed to support me with my puppy and alleviate the stress that came with it. We went to Penaran when our dog started showing signs of dog reactivity. We were supposed to have ongoing support for our dog until she ‘got better’ but when Pen realised that wasn’t going to happen she stopped replying to us and we haven’t heard from her since .
