We had a fabulous evening, with enjoyable company, learned some new culinary skills, tasted some great Sushi. As for our host Madoka, she was welcoming, friendly and a wonderful teacher. Would definitely recommend that others give it a try.

A great experience, madoka is a great teacher and made it very simple. The lunch was amazing and you get loads of sushi to take home. Hoping to go back for one of her other lessons in the future. FANTASTIC!

My. husband and I had a lovely experience learning how to make sushi, which we had tried before with no success. We not only learnt a lot about Japanese culture and had a great traditional lunch, but we were able to make decent sushi! Madoka is the best teacher, she is patience, open and has an amazing attention to detail. I recommend to everyone to take any of the lessons that Madoka gives. My son and husband had a fantastic time at the sushi making course. Madoka was very informative and helpful and they came away with an amazing selection and lots of techniques they have been able to use since. They will definitely be back to go on another of Madoka's courses!

The enjoyment is not only for cooking, we also enjoyed chatting with Madoka and other people. Good quality and nostalgic Japanese taste. All her recipes are my regular menu at home now. Definitely highly recommended. Thank you!
