  • Charlie was my personal trainer for 2 years and with his help I lost a fair bit of weight and got fitter. He’s really encouraging and positive as a trainer and knows just how much to push you without being at all overbearing. On a personal level he’s really friendly and our chats helped me massively through the more difficult sessions!

Charlie, being a former track athlete, knows his stuff, and I respected his knowledge immensely.   • I trained with Charlie last year for the aim to lose weight and become stronger to help me to become energized. He is a great trainer who motivates you to give 110%! I was very lazy and overweight and training with Charlie help me turn all that around!! He is very friendly, supportive and adaptive to help you reach your goals. we had some really tough sessions but we also had a great bit of banter going too which helped me battle through :)
