  • Highly recommend!! Rich is focused, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Set out your goals and he’ll help you achieve them!! He’s coached me through marathons and a host of events, helping me change the way I view myself and my performance. His holistic focus on technique, underlying strength, flexibility, nutrition and personal motivation really is the whole package.

  • Encouragement, enthusiasm and great results! Rich manages to give personal training whilst doing circuits. Has helped me when training for short and long distance triathlon, running, and general fitness. What is amazing is that I have had far fewer injuries since training with rich.
