  • I bought a pack of sessions with Pure Lifestyles and it turned out to be all that I wanted. The PT has motivated me to get back into fitness - and that's because I had fun and saw results. I don't have back pain anymore and I feel stronger overall - only after 8 sessions. She payed attention to my aches and adapted excercises, and pushed me further accordingly.   • I’ve trained with Lindsay since the very beginning and she still manages to make every workout different, challenging and great fun. It’s great to have a trainer who understands that balance is required in life.   • I have been training with Lindsay, live on line since lockdown. 20 minute sessions 3 times a week, great way to start the day at 7am, perfect mix of training, no gimmicks, just burn, sweat and tone.   • Lindsay is a great motivational trainer who has helped me go from not exercising at all the enjoying a few Burpees and regularly getting a good sweat on! In all of her exercises she offers lower impact options but encourages you to work as hard as you can. I look forward to working out live three mornings a week on the members area and having the flexibility of accessing a great range of work outs if I want to exercise around those times.
