Who doesn’t love French cuisine?! My first steps as a professional chef was to learn how to cook like a French chef!
In this cooking class you’ll have opportunity to travel to France and discover amazing and full of flavour French cuisine! MOULES MARINIERES and CASSOULET are classic French dishes.
We’ll start with Cassoulet and while slowly cooking it I’ll share with you how to clean, store and cook mussels.
You’ll finish this class with beautifully cooked Moules Marinieres and hearty Cassoulet!
