Personal Bikefit

Did my bike fit with Spencer couple weeks back. Spencer took all the time in the world to get to know my cycling habits, my goals and so on. He explained the whole process in a very aticulate maneer from riding position to technical components. I can only recommend his work!

Spencer's enthusiasm for bikes and cycling is matched by his skill and vast knowledge. In three hours he worked solidly to adapt the bike I have been riding for a year to my body and riding style. I was in such pain before I came to see Bikefit. Spencer was so nice and got it immediately. I also got some really simple tips and small postural alterations which have made a massive difference to my power efficiency. I would definitely recommend for anyone experiencing discomfort or wanting to achieve more for themselves.

I left my bike for service this morning and by 4:40pm it was ready for pickup. Spencer and his team did a terrific job in cleaning, replacing tubes, beak and gear inner cables on my 15 year old bike. I have never seen my bike so clean not felt so responsive! I highly recommend this bike shop if you are in the Kensington area.
