  • Started to see Jed a few years ago to sort out my back problems. Jed has understood cause of my back pains and advises core exercises to strengthen muscles in that area Massage at end of each session alleviates and relieves tension at end of the exercises Knowledgeable and understanding person

  • I was training with Jed for several years previously, and currently continuing in his very pleasant studio. Jed is excellent, professional trainer, sensible and sensitive with great experience of many years. He form adaptive and thoughtful approach, tailoring the sessions to your body and age. Jed was wonderful for me in rehabilitation, it’s truly a privilege to work with him.
