  • Arj is a great personal coach, he has helped me from injury to marathon in 8 months. I didn't need a full package access to a coach who texts daily and are involved a lot but just a coach who uploads my personalised training week by week and sometimes responds to my weekly reflection if needed. Arj is the only one i found that provides that "in between" service. This has helped transform my running to understand injuries more and to embed Strength and Conditioning to my routine. Kudos Arj!
