  • Working with Lauren has been a fantastic experience. She has not only showed me exercises to achieve my goals, but also given the nutritional advice needed to fuel them. She is a really friendly PT, and explains technique in a way that is easy to understand. Her encouragement and patience has made the sessions really enjoyable and given me the focus and confidence to get back in the gym! I would highly recommend.
