  • I hadn't been to the gym in over 10years and was quite apprehensive about starting again hence choosing to have a personal trainer. When I met Holly I knew she was for me. Holly listened to my needs and created a plan that would work with both my aims and lifestyle. My PT sessions with her are always fun and she encourages me to push that little bit more. I highly recommend Holly, whether you are 21 or 40 (like me!) she can create a plan and support you to achieve your goals.
