The staff were very helpful.

Was told I'd have to settle for a minimum wage job I hate or be unemployed forever, also generally shamed for having a criminal record. My advisor would phone me some weeks and sometimes I wouldn't hear from them for weeks and then eventually stopped hearing from them completely. I'd get the same 'opportunities' emailed to me time and time again despite me saying I'm not interested. Overall it was a dehumanising and dismissive experience.
