I would highly recommend People Matters HR and especially the Leadership Development Programme. We have seen huge benefits added to our business since attending the programme training. The training itself, delivered by Niel and his team was inspiring and engaging allowing everyone in the group to participate. Overall the course was excellent and I would recommend it to anyone at any level of management.
