Hey, I’m Emma Bridger. I work with all kinds of organisations, to help them improve employee experience and engagement, and I’ve been doing this for over 20 years. I started People Lab because I was frustrated with companies failing to put the time and effort in to make work better for their people. Work shouldn’t be miserable, and so People Lab exists to inspire organisations to treat people better. To encourage everyone to fight back against the status quo of toxic workplaces. Because when you get it right with your people great things will happen.
