I received a letter for them to come and do an asbestos survey on 18th August, which changed to 24th August (n.b. waited in all day, no phone call, nada, just didn't show), they telephoned today to say that the surveyor from yesterday "wasn't in" but that they had no contact details for me until today (they are working on behalf of another company) so gave a date of 8th September for the survey which is AFTER the work is due to start!!! Would not recommend them. P.S. my neighbour took a day ...

Terrible service. Carried out an asbestos survey on our home and left it a mess. Numerous complaints have been left unanswered.
