This in-person workshop is perfect for beginners who want to learn the basics about Reiki and be able to practice it on themselves and their family or friends. 

It is administered by "laying on hands." During a Reiki session, the practitioner acts as a channel for Reiki energy (universal life force) to come through their hands.

This 1-day course and attunement will open you to the flow of Reiki, enabling you to channel its energy.

By the end of the course that you feel confident to give Reiki treatments to yourself and others.

You will receive:

- A digital copy of the Reiki Level 1 Shoden Manual

- Printed Reiki Level 1 Shoden Workbook

- Reiki Level I Certificate on completion of this course.

- You will also receive 21 days of email support following completion if Reiki Level 1.

- You will invited to a join an exclusive FB group for my Reiki 100 students where you will find an extensive library of self Reiki videos and you can connect with other students.

Class size will be limited to 6 people to allow ensure everyone receives the attention allowed for proper instruction.

Please bring with you a pillow and blanket. Yoga mats will be provided.
