About 25 years ago I attended a week's group psychotherapy retreat in Italy, led by Peter Fleming.  In the final session he pushed me hard about my childhood, and when I said twice (this interaction was recorded in its entirety) that I felt unsafe, he said 'Sometimes it feels like that when we need to push through.  Keep going'.  Within 12 hours i was in a psychosis and it's taken me 25 years to repair the damage and to understand what I was dealing with that was entirely beyond his skill or ...

I first completed the Therapeutic skills for foster Carer training in 2012 and it was a change in my thought processes and changed my practice dramatically. I have continued to do their courses and annual intensive retreats in Italy. Thank you to the Pellin Team.
