  • Great coaches, making exercise challenging but fun

  • I am not a gym person and I thought I wasnโ€™t an exercise person either until I signed up to Peak Fitness Bootcamp. Ali leads challenging but fun sessions and I always leave feeling 100 x better than when I arrived. The 6:30 am session allows me to fit exercise around my busy work and home life. Absolutely 5*

  • I have been a member of peak fitness Thame for just under 12 months, I have been a member of gyms and it is so easy to be lazy and do nothing but with Ali approach you always enjoy a hard workout that you feel for days after and you definitely feel and see the results. I canโ€™t recommend this enough excellent value for money and you will always find a class that suits your lifestyle as Ali has more than 12 sessions across 2 locations. So what are you waiting for ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿฅ‡

  • Great energy, never boring, not shouty - a great way to get fit. We're all different shapes and sizes, I'm usually at the back (I can't run for toffee though I can flip the tractor tyre!) but it doesn't matter at all, good fun.
