She is understanding, punctual and provides a thorough insight into behavioural issues, why they occur and ways in which we can address and correct them. Can't recommend these classes enough, Jess is lovely and very professional. Small class and great training for our 16 week old Tibetan Terrier and quite frankly us to! Ralphy's behaviour has changed noticeably over the weeks of the course and the support from Jess along the way has been brilliant. Worth every penny and more, have signed up for the advanced course.

Jess is an amazing dog trainer! So friendly, has best interests for the dogs, and extremely good value for money! Jess was recommended to me after I was having problems with my 6 month old puppy. Our initial phone call was very supportive and Jess arranged to come out to assess Clouseau. Jess provides such valuable and helpful advice for us to manage our new rescue rescue dog Lana. As a whole family we really enjoy our sessions with Jess and she is great at ensuring the children are involved in Lana's training.
