Had my long haired collie de-shedded and trimmed. First time leaving my dog with a groomer. Even for a collie he is very energetic but that didnt phase Jackie and she met all his needs and produced a very happy and very proper looking dog. Definitely reccommend and will return here in future.

Jackie is a kind, compassionate and very experienced groomer. She cares for all the doggies like they were her very own. My little poodle loved her to bits. Nelly (the poodle) doesn’t take to everyone, but Jackie was gentle and patient and made her look like a superstar. And more importantly, I felt that Jackie was grooming in a safe and responsible manner in this awful pandemic. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Jackie is not only great at grooming but she goes out of her way to help you. She lets you know when she's away on holiday or if her appointments are getting booked up in the busy periods to make sure you get booked in if you need to. She's great with our dog and he's not the best behaved! Can't recommend enough! 😊
