Paw-Fect Dog Grooming

We have always used Jenny to groom our Border Collie and am always very pleased. Much appreciated Jenny.

Words can't explain how devastated I am by what has happened to our dog on her groom today. Before and after pictures attached. No level of matting justifies this happening to her. I don't know what on earth she was thinking to shave a Rough Collie in this way. I would never let Jenny touch my dog ever again, or after being sent this picture allow her to continue her groom. She now looks more like a sheep than a Rough Collie.

Today we took our 3 year old rescued greyhound to Jenny at paw-fect grooming, she was so helpful, reassuring and caring for our girl. She came home beautiful and her coat looks amazing. Thank you so much, see you again next time.

Our spaniel hated being groomed and had been very challenging with previous groomers. This lady is The Dog Whisperer! He might not like having his haircut, but he tolerates her, is quite happy going there ( as opposed to dragging me across the road when trying to pass the old grooming place) and comes back looking very smart at a very reasonable price.
