  • Paul is a fantastic personal trainer. He's provided guidance on lifting form, nutrition and also an amazingly well planned program to get me started and then advance. He also took time to understand my personal situation with work, travel, family etc. and created mechanisms to ensure I kept on progressing. Best bit is that he got me eating more, feeling better, losing fat and gaining some muscle! I'd highly recommend to anyone looking to better themself

  • Been training with Paul now for the last 4 months, he has helped me lose over 1 stone, gain muscle and rebuild all my confidence especially during my recent holiday! He'll get you motivated, educated and enjoying looking after yourself properly. Nice guy too and very easy to get along with, which is important in my opinion.
