  • Came to Paul with hypermobility/bursitis, was in constant pain, had become weak and overweight. I wasn't sure if anything would work after hospital exercises not working, Paul put me at ease and seemed confident he could help. He was right; he put me on a completely different strengthening routine, and when I was stronger encouraged me to get out walking as well.   • I went to Paul as I have very arthritic knees (having both knees replaced early 2020) and needed help with mobilisation and was struggling to ride my horse regularly due to severe pain. Paul ‘literally’ woke my muscles up so they started to support my knees properly. Riding became much less painful and I lost a stone in weight in the process. He has worked with me on my strength, both physically and mentally, and has used his Running School techniques to help address and improve my running style. He has a great way of pushing me out of my comfort zone and has helped me feel stronger and believe more in my physical ability.
