Patrick is unusual as a PT in that his role doesn’t stop after your session - he continues to encourage and motivate you 24/7 via little, unintrusive, messages. His sessions, even in those days when you are flagging, are thorough and you notice quite how hard you have worked when you legs tremble all the way down the spiral staircase at the gym! He addresses both your physical form and your nutrition. Not surprisingly, results follow!

Patrick is a lifesaver! I first trained with him a few years ago and he was an absolute superstar. I never felt better. More recently I’ve been training with him twice a week and he’s set me off on a great path. Incredibly reliable, friendly, funny and hard working, Patrick is one of the best trainers in London.

Excellent trainer who constantly brings positivity, great energy and motivation. Have worked with him for a few years, during which I've seen impressive muscle gains and learnt lots from him about strength training and nutrition. Pat has also become a good friend during the time we've trained together. Highly recommend.

I've been training with Patrick for over 5 years now and I've never felt so strong or looked so good (yes, it does matter!). He's very attentive to what I'm looking to achieve, careful to vary exercises so it never gets repetitive or stale and knows when to push me (nearly always...). Besides, he's great fun to train with, never a dull moment.
