I had the privilege of attending one of Macs cookery courses which I thoroughly enjoyed and learnt more than I had expected. Mac is very good at explaining every step and process involved in creating some wonderful dishes. It was all very relaxed and enjoyable and I look forward to my next lesson.

Four of us had a fine time with Mac in his super teaching kitchen, in the beautiful countryside, learning a range of skills, eating great food and drinking some very nice wine to complement the experience. Mac has a way of demystifying the art of fine dining. He brings skill, knowledge and passion certainly, but also great stories from 40+ years of working in the industry alongside some of the greats. We will absolutely do this again and I can't recommend the experience highly enough.

Spent a lovely afternoon on a French cooking course at Passion Fine Dining Ltd. Mac is a lovely guy who’s passionate about food and it was an absolute treat with many many new skills learnt! Lots of lovely food to take home too. Can’t wait to attend another course in the new year.

I can’t wait to attend another course with Mac at passion fine dining! I’ve done several other cookery schools and where Mac sets himself apart is the individual instruction. Our course was mixed abilities but we all felt very confident after and all came away with different skills. The venue is stunning, the equipment and tools spotless and the atmosphere is relaxed and professional. The only issue is which course to do next !!! Thank you
