AVOID PASS WITH BECKY UNCARING ATTITUE- my daughter was very nervous and on her 4th lesson (for context she never got past 2nd gear as she was  complete beginner) unfortunately caught the kerb and caused a puncture. This knocked my daughters confidence as she was nervous anyway and the lesson was aborted 10 minutes in and she paid in full for the lesson . 3 weeks passed and never heard from Becky. I messaged her to ask if she could contact my daughter just out of courtesy to see if she was OK...
