I ordered a camera in January and due to hospital admissions been unable to open my parcel within the time frame of 14 days returns. On opening the package I was extremely disappointed! My husband recently purchased a second hand lens from these guys. Unfortunately upon opening the present a couple of months later we realised he had bought the wrong lens so it didn't fit the camera. These guys were amazing and let us send it back for an exchange to something suitable. They were more than happy to refund aswell if we couldn't find a replacement.
