Awesome gym, everyone there is really friendly and bares no ego. The owner Pete is a really good teacher, regardless of whether you are new or not, he is really good at explaining and demonstrating moves. Would highly recommend beginners courses when they become available.

Excellent instructors with a real passion for martial arts. There is a family feel to the friendly atmosphere and you are made to feel welcome. The gym is clean and has excellent facilities and there is free parking.
