I have been a member of this club now for five years ,this is one of the most friendliest clubs that I have belonged two, I left the club for a year to join another but allthough that club was very welcoming,I felt I needed to come back to Paignton Torbay. I was a member of this bowls club for some 3 yrs, 2of which I was a playing member. 1st year was great, very friendly people. I got involved in all aspects of the club, mainly maintenance side of things. 2nd year l was elected onto the management committee. This only lasted 3 months, I resigned my position.It was like a ship without a rudder. No direction!!
