Great friendly club who put standards and daily progress over revenue. All Instructors CRB checked and give their time for free. Discipline and respect are at the core of their classes.

I returned from a lengthy absence from training due to family commitments and was welcomed back with warmth and sincerity. All the instructors are very knowledgeable with each of them bringing their own particular strengths to the dojo. If your looking to come back to training or start from scratch I would recommend this well run club.
