So helpful, we have used PAAC IT Ltd on several occasions now for our personal use laptop and also when having difficulties with a social media 'issue' - the guys are super patient, thoroughly recommend.

It's very easy to write a glowing review about service when everything goes to plan, but when there is a hitch and it is dealt with as quickly, professionally and politely as the problem I had, that's when it's worth writing a review. Pretty slow off the mark. They were mega quick to take my money and then, despite me calling four times during the 1-2 day service for an update, I finally got a call 2.5 days later. Wouldn't go there again - no urgency clearly and no feedback on collection as to what the problem was and what they'd done to resolve it.

Badlydamaged hard drive and unable to boot up. PAAC provided a professional and fast service to get the poblem sorted. Richard also resolved a conflict on my wife's laptop when syncing with her mobile. Totally happy with their service and knowledge of the issues.
