  • This is very much a community Gym. It’s nice as it’s rarely busy and you don’t get posers or people grunting while dropping weights. The equipment is very basic and uninspiring. Some of the resistance machines have the band rather than steel cable which is less enjoyable to use. Some also use a number system 1-10 rather than state the Kg lifted. There’s no dedicated squat rack or bench press. Although it seems you could do these things on their smith machine. They do however have many assist...

  • Amazing place to go with ur disabled child awesome cafe onsite can't recommend enough

  • Such a friendly atmosphere. Didn't feel stupid having to ask for assistance. No mirrors! Highly recommended

  • My daughters do classes here and the staff are really helpful. You can get a drink and snack from the cafe. The aerial classes here are very good and the show they did was great!

  • The person that manage the place need to change his attitude and behaviour as he has no professinalisim or know how of the job bcus they way he had talked to me seemed like he was very aggressive and unpolite with his very deep and intimidating voice. Very unhelpful
