Training program was well organized except for the initial day 1 glitch of venue change. Course content was very insightful, with the Facilitator Paul having an in-depth understanding of the subject-matter. Overall, the course helped me to revise on earlier knowledge and to learn the trends of cash flow & working capital management. I registered for lead with emotional intelligence, I learned a-lot of new stuff that will change my view in life, I understand now what my issue is and how to fix it, I learned how to supervise my team and how to treat them. Learned different personalities and what moves them. I took a personalty test which showed me what i am and what moves me and how to manage it.
