I have had lessons from several guitar teachers in Coventry and I can honestly say that John is the most patient and passionate I know. His knowledge of the instrument is second to none and his explanations of music theory makes the fog a lot clearer. John is a great guitar teacher and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Not only is he helping me to develop my guitar playing knowledge and technique but he always has interesting suggestions for what to listen to for some inspiration. John has an enthusiastic but laid-back and understanding approach and I always come away from lessons feeling motivated and wanting to play more.

I have been using John as a guitar teacher for a number of years now. He is a solid teacher for both piano and guitar lessons. You will learn the fundamentals/theory and the lessons will be focused around what you want to learn. A great teacher for beginners to advanced levels. I can’t recommend John enough and I have thoroughly enjoyed the journey of learning guitar and music through John.

John is a fantastic teacher. He is very patient and really knows how to build your confidence. John is an excellent music teacher. Certainly the best guitar teacher I've used in and around Coventry. I've also had a few piano lessons with John as it was something I'd always fancied trying. Very knowledgable and a great teaching style.
