Attending a course at Osburn academy was a fantastic experience. It was professional, run effectively and they really ensured everyone on the course understood the training and requirements. It was an enjoyable experience which really helps take the information on board.

Training with Osburn Academy was great! Having the opportunity to expand our skills through the training provided by Karen. Yearly refresher training is provided and is a way to get all staff trained to be the best carers possible! I have recently attended a Care Certificate course at Osburn. I found the course to be very informative and feel I will be better prepared for my new role as a Health Care Assistant. Karen the trainer was very friendly and had a way of making the training enjoyable despite the amount information we had to take in. The whole experience will definitely help me to be a good carer and think about things I would not have previously. I can highly recommend them.
