Options Skills - Birmingham

I have recently finished my 6 week course and I’m very impressed with the knowledge I have from them, started with no experience and have now started a new job with help from Options Skills. John was a great teacher with lots of experience and able to answer every question we had to ask. Josh in recruitment was amazing helping me find an opportunity to start work, always kept in contact with me updating me on opportunities and any interviews I had.

I recently completed an air source heat pumps training course at Option Skills, and it was an outstanding experience. The course material was well-organized and the hands-on training was invaluable. Although I attended a different centre for my training, this is where the recruitment team are based so feel they deserve a separate review. Josh has worked with me since mid way through my Electrical Course, he found me several local opportunities for me to look at. I chose a local one he had found which suits me well. I started here back at the start of august to get my experience up and get me into a good position to get a job in electrics. My teacher John was amazing and really helped get me and the class up to a good level of knowledge with his skills and good personal relationships he builds with people. Just finished my six week electrical installation course, very happy with the training so far. Thanks especially to John and Mark, they were excellent tutors, and we had a good time.
