Rachael always goes above and beyond to make us feel supported to access training courses available to staff. She understands how we operate as a charity and what our training needs are. There are a wide variety of courses available to staff which come regulary as opportunities. We have been supported with the paperwork from start to finish which is really helpful in order to access courses such as this.

We worked with Optimum Skills in the summer, signing two of our employees up to the Level 2 Certificate: Understanding Mental Health First Aid and Mental Health Advocacy in the Workplace. My experience has been fantastic so far, my tutor is polite, respectful and understanding. The course is easy to understand and i have been supported and the team has gone above and beyond to help me understand the work with different strategies at looking at the problem and resolving it.
