Optimum Gym

I can't praise Optimum Gym enough, Charlie and Mike have created the perfect place to work out, have a PT session or attend a class. All PTs have extensive knowledge and commitment.

Such a good gym. No judgements made, just supportive and knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about your goals. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent gym! Great range of equipment, always something new to try. Great atmosphere, staff are always happy to help.

Parking can be tricky at certain times but it is a fab little gym near the High Street so perfect to go to Tesco straight after training. Seperate training areas and outdoor section too. I did boot camp here and had a fun time.

Excellent Gym! Has wonderful facilities and there is always a friendly member of staff on hand to help you on your journey!
