  • I would definitely recommend Ash as a personal trainer. He has a wealth of knowledge and expertise regarding fitness, exercise and nutrition. His patience , understanding and friendly approach put me at ease and he clearly puts a lot of effort in to tailoring workouts according to specific needs. I am recovering from a leg injury and have some ongoing health issues, Ash has been very helpful and reassuring and is helping me regain my confidence and rebuild my fitness levels.

It was definitely a great and informative workout with alot of exercises and techniques I could take away! I really enjoy working with Ash, great guy with a great deal of knowledge.
