  • I now have a chronic back problem and wanted to do what I can to help myself and get back to doing the activities I used to do with no problem and more confidence. I have seen both Gemma and Katie and I am definitely making progress. They have both been excellent in providing tailored advice end exercises for my condition and adapting it when needed which is exactly what I wanted. The service I have received has been professional but welcoming and friendly throughout and very efficient on all...

  • Before I saw Katie at Optimal Movement I was starting to have difficulty in walking any great distance and I really thought that I was due a hip replacement. After seeing Katie and taking her advice, I was able to walk as normal and I even started running again. Katie is a highly knowledgeable and motivated professional. I have no hesitation in recommending her.

  • Been seeing Katie for a frozen shoulder. Had 3 sessions so far and making definite progress. She is very thorough, professional and pleasant taking time to talk me through the issues and set clear exercises between sessions. The whole set up is well organised and patient/customer focused. Would highly recommend!

  • I saw Katie at Optimal Movement and would unhesitatingly recommend her. I had a torn cartilage in my knee (meniscus tear) and was hardly able to walk when I first went to see her. Over a short period (of 6-8 weeks) she enabled me to get back my previous movement in my knee and back to walking pain-free. She is very good and I'm very appreciative.
