We recently had an HR issue that we had to call on Mel for because it was so complex. Mel and the team worked hard to resolve a very difficult situation she was supported to everyone involved. I felt like we was in very good hand would highly recommend Mel and the team at Optimal.

Excellent, Mel provided us with a bespoke directors service agreement for our incoming technical director. The agreement had to take into account a shareholders agreement and was done quickly and efficiently. Very happy to recommend.
