Not good for practical use in real life only competition and the way it is taught and practiced in the center isn't even close to anything you would expect in real life so if you wanna learn self defence and be able to protect yourself go anywhere but here

My kids are training for black belt, sensei Mumtaz has worked tirelessly to get my kids where they now, i would recommend Onna ju jitsu to anyone of any age to train.

This is a brilliant club that teaches great values and gives kids a sense of achievement. The senseis are well trained and great with kids, most if not all having come up through the club over the years. Sensei Mumtaz, the founder, is a dynamic community leader and an inspiration to those who see the effort she puts in. I've never come across a sports club as good as Onna Ju Jitsu.
