Highly recommended. These guys are friendly and very knowledgable. It is great to be able to ‘shop local’ too.. well worth a visit if you’re looking for a new bike or just need a service.
Absolutely brilliant. My bike has a Pinion hub. I took it to a bike shop in Cardiff that didn’t have a clue how to service it (despite charging me for their failed efforts). The people at ONIT didn’t have any problems. They did a perfect job at a great price. Really friendly, relaxed and capable. I won’t hesitate to come here again.
Had my Cube serviced a little while ago. Has been great ever since. Friendly knowledgeable team. Called in yesterday whilst out for a ride - top gear not engaging properly - fixed there and then by Ros who cleaned out some trapped debris I just could not see. If they sold glasses I would have bought some. Thank you for your help.
