  • I love Kathy's classes - she is a great teacher. Kathy teaches us new postures each week and always tries to stretch us, but not in an impossible way. There is a really positive , kind and friendly feel to our class, and that is all down to Kathy's warmth and dynamism.

  • Kathy's classes are a truly holistic approach to yoga practice. Each week she introduces us to a new concept and takes care to take us through each posture and move, making sure we understand what we're doing. She creates a safe and calming environment with lovely scents and sounds. To be honest I'd happily pay just to lie there for an hour listening! Definitely recommend.

  • Kathy is a very intuitive and skilful yoga therapist and teacher. Her courses and classes are relaxed and lighthearted, yet she is able to offer a great depth of knowledge into the physiological and neurological benefits of yoga. Would highly recommend Kathy!

  • I discovered Kathy's yoga course for stress and anxiety at a time when I really needed it most. I was a little nervous about attending but as soon as I got there, I was able to leave my worries outside. I would always come out of the classes feeling calmer than I arrived. I'd really recommend Kathy's classes, she is a wonderful teacher with a very approachable, gentle and welcoming style.
