Amazing. OG Combat Academy is a welcoming group for anyone regardless of abilities. The instructor Manny is patient and guides you through everything you are unsure of. Felt comfortable straight away in a safe setting. I did self defence class and would highly recommend.

I joined OG Combat Academy 5 months ago & would encourage other's to join too. It is helping build my confidence up & seeing good results. Excellent martial arts academy with a great teacher. Very effective street defence and more formal/traditional martial arts. Its difficult to find good Silat (Indonesian/Malaysian Martial Arts) training in the UK never mind in Tyneside, this is a rare gem. I have learned a great deal and continue to do so. Hopefully see you there.
