  • As well as being my personal trainer and attending his classes, i always find Andy to be honest, encouraging and very professional, and works round even the slightest injury to keep you going safely. Having had a few personal trainers over the years, i feel most comfortable and at ease with Andy, even though i complain alot of aches and pains he is very patient. Even with lockdown i feel the online classes are equally as brilliant and rewarding. Definately would recommend to anyone looking...

  • Working with Andy has been the best decision I have ever made. I am currently recovering from knee surgery for the second time and this recovery has been so much easier. It is because my whole body was stronger and more flexible. Andy has a considerable amount of knowledge and knows how to adapt workouts to meet your individual needs and keep you motivated. I can not wait to get cleared by my surgeon so I can go back to business as usual! To anyone who says they don’t have time, it’s about r...

  • I have been attending Odyssey training now for just over a year and the Instruction and motivation I have received from Andy can only be described as first class. His knowledge and understanding of fitness training is immense, his delivery of instruction during classes is of a very high standard I highly recommend his services wether you are a beginner or more seasoned fitness enthusiast.

Since signing up about 6 weeks ago I've * Done my first ever pull-up * Lost on average a kg a week ( a...

  • I've been with OPT since the beginning of the year when I signed up for RSC to help motivate me back into running. RSC is a fantastic session for runners and after the first block I really saw improvement in my running. I then jumped in on some circuits sessions, it's a really fun class, suitable for all levels of fitness and the team are super welcoming and helpful. I'm now training one on one with Andy, he's put together a comprehensive plan that includes running and strength training. It's...
