It was a productive day learning all the basic fire training, manual handling and basic first aid. I've learned alot during the practical activities by participating myself and understanding the knowledge of each one when it was being explained very clearly.

First Aid course was fantastic. Delivered in a easy to understand manner with practical elements to keep everyone interested and involved. Lisa done a fantastic job of involving everyone and making sure everyone knew and understood the content. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning for more training.

The first aid refresher training I received was brilliant, was very detailed, practical and interesting. I would definetley recommend to anyone. Lisa and Natalie were both very good. Both very knowledgeable and happy to help with questions
